You don't need to send it back. **Damaged or not working when it arrived?** Email us a photo or short video within 14 days of delivery and we'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund, whichever you prefer. **The fine print** 1. Claims must be made within 30 days of delivery. 2. One guarantee refund per product per household. 3. The guarantee doesn't apply to orders we can show were resold. 4.
