**Who we are**
This store is a small online shop that picks and sells products we think kids (and grown-ups) actually keep using. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

**Products and descriptions**
We try to describe every product accurately, including what it can't do. Colors in photos can look slightly different on your screen. Some product photos are illustrations of how the product is used. If something you receive doesn't match its description, our refund policy covers you.

**Prices and payment**
Prices are in US dollars. Payments are processed securely by Shopify and its payment partners. We may cancel and fully refund an order if a product is unavailable or a price was listed in error.

**Shipping**
Standard shipping to US addresses is free. We email tracking when your order ships. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees.

**Refunds**
See our refund policy: a 30-day money-back guarantee, no return needed.

**Safety**
Read each product's notes and age guidance. Some products contain small parts and are not for children who still put things in their mouth. Adult supervision is recommended for young children.

**Limitation of liability**
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

**Changes**
We may update these terms. The version posted here applies to orders placed after the date at the top.
